For more than a century, the Group has continued to grow, opening new offices in strategic destinations, in line with the development of its clients and the evolution of the market.
This expansion illustrates a constant ambition: to offer mobility services that are ever closer to and aligned with the needs of travellers.
The story begins in Paris, with the creation of Établissements Maurice Chabé in 1921. For several decades, the activity remained exclusively based in the capital. It was not until 1977, 56 years after its beginnings, that Chabé, then known as Chabé Verjat, began its regional expansion with the opening of its first office. Several strategic openings followed shortly after, gradually shaping the national network we know today.
The arrival in Cannes in 1997 marked the starting point of a national network designed to meet a growing demand for private chauffeur services. The following year, Chabé established itself in Lyon, at the heart of a strategic region, followed in 2005 by the opening of Toulouse. In 2011, Bordeaux and Biarritz joined the Chabé network, strengthening the Group’s local presence and proximity to clients. A few years later, in 2012, the Courchevel office was created, soon followed in 2017 by Megève, to support a demanding clientele in mountain resorts. The Côte d’Azur welcomed another opening in 2019 with Monaco, before the Group returned to the Champagne vineyards in 2025, in Reims, through a strategic partnership with the company iGoVE.
This territorial network confirms Chabé’s position as an expert in private chauffeur services in France, offering national coverage while maintaining strong local expertise.
After consolidating its network in France, Chabé took a decisive step by expanding abroad. This international development reflects a clear ambition: to offer the same quality of private chauffeur service beyond borders, in major European capitals as well as in the Middle East.
In 2012, the Group opened its first office outside France, in Geneva. Located at the heart of international Switzerland, this opening marked the beginning of a new chapter.
A few years later, in 2020, Chabé established itself in London, an essential hub for business travel and a central point of international mobility.
The expansion continued in 2023 with the opening of an office in Dubai, at the heart of a fast-growing market.
The year 2024 confirmed this momentum with three major openings: Milan, Rome and Zurich. These strategic developments strengthened Chabé’s presence in Italy and Switzerland, two destinations with strong tourism and economic appeal.
Finally, in 2025, Chabé further expanded its European network with a new office in Barcelona.
