Chabé has been awarded the Destination d’excellence state label, the only official French certification recognising tourism professionals committed to both service quality and environmental responsibility.
Created in 2024 by Atout France, this label replaces the former “Qualité Tourisme” mark and raises the level of expectation across the sector. It is no longer solely about delivering excellent service, but about structuring operations around measurable and long-term standards.
The Destination d’excellence framework is built on two complementary foundations.
First, quality: service standards, team professionalism, clarity of information, and customer satisfaction monitoring.
Second, environmental responsibility: concrete actions, structured sustainability strategy, and continuous improvement.
Obtaining the label requires an external audit and a high compliance rate. It provides independent validation of the organisation’s practices.
For Chabé, this label does not represent a strategic shift. It formalises an approach already embedded in our model.
For years, our development has been structured around three principles:
The label strengthens this framework and makes it more visible to our clients and partners.
As expectations evolve, decision-makers seek partners capable of demonstrating structured excellence.
Destination d’excellence provides that additional reassurance.
It reflects controlled organisation, measured quality, and accountable responsibility.
Receiving a state label comes with continuity and commitment.
It requires constant improvement and sustained standards.
Beyond recognition, it is a responsibility we fully embrace.
Because excellence is not claimed.
It is structured, measured, and maintained.
