From July 2 to 27, 2025, Chabé Switzerland was entrusted with the full transport logistics for a major European women’s tournament. Over the course of 26 days, our teams coordinated all travel across Switzerland, supporting the smooth execution of the event.

 

Large-scale logistics at the heart of the competition

With 1,700 missions completed, this sporting event stands out as one of the highlights of Chabé Switzerland’s summer season. The services included both arrival and departure transfers and daily disposals, ensuring seamless transport for every attendee: referees, DCOs (Doping Control Officers), VICs (very important customers) and the 16 participating teams.

3 chauffeurs per team for bespoke support

To ensure maximum availability and consistent service quality, each team had three dedicated chauffeurs. Over 50 professionals were mobilised each day, proving Chabé’s ability to manage complex operations across multiple sites, with precision and responsiveness.

Since March 2025, Benjamin Bories has been leading the Chabé agency in Marseille, with the mission of overseeing local operations and supporting the Group’s development in a high-potential region.
From Marseille to the Luberon, via Aix-en-Provence, the diversity of the territory attracts a wide range of clients: major industrial groups, leisure travellers in search of a refined lifestyle, film productions, and international event organizers.

What types of clients do you support on a daily basis in the region?

The many cultural facets of Marseille are reflected in our clientele. The growing appeal of the Marseille-Provence destination attracts international business clients looking to expand their presence in the region.
Among them, we support major groups from the industrial, aeronautics, maritime, and medical sectors, particularly during medical congresses and large-scale scientific events.

High-end tourism is also a key pillar of our activity. I’ve observed that the art of living and “slow life” culture of Provence attracts private clients in search of tranquillity, whether they’re staying at a vineyard estate, a country house in the Luberon, or a luxury hotel in Aix-en-Provence.

In recent years, the film industry has also become increasingly active in the region, requiring bespoke and discreet support for both talent and production teams.

The area also hosts a growing number of high-profile events: brand launches, international seminars, sports or cultural gatherings. How do you collaborate with the agencies in Nice and Cannes?

We collaborate closely with the Côte d’Azur agencies every day. Their support was invaluable from the moment I arrived, helping me quickly get to grips with internal procedures and streamline operations from the outset.

Beyond the human aspect, this cooperation strengthens our ability to deliver a responsive and well-structured service across the entire Southeast region.
Thanks to their 24/7 on-call systems, we ensure continuity of service, even outside standard hours, guaranteeing full availability for our clients.

What was your background before joining Chabé?

I discovered the fascinating world of luxury chauffeured transport nearly 15 years ago, while looking for a student job. I was immediately drawn to the variety of encounters, the service mindset and the pursuit of excellence and I soon decided to make it my profession.

Over time, my responsibilities evolved, particularly through coordination and dispatch missions during major events.

My collaboration with Chabé dates back around ten years, when I was regularly subcontracted for on-the-ground assignments. This relationship deepened in 2024 during a major international sporting event, where I was in charge of managing the official fleet in Marseille.
That trust was further strengthened in March 2025 when Nathalie Sauvan, Regional Director, appointed me as Operations Manager for the Marseille agency, overseeing the entire activity across the region.

This new chapter is both a source of pride and a great challenge, being part of such a historic and prestigious family company.

What are your development priorities for the coming months?

Marseille is home to major international industrial players, and the region boasts a wealth of prestigious hotels, two areas we fully intend to focus on.
Our development strategy will naturally revolve around two key pillars: strengthening our corporate partnerships on the one hand, and offering tailored support to the high-end hospitality sector on the other.
The goal is twofold: to build a solid and sustainable annual volume of activity, and to further anchor our presence in the region by creating long-term employment opportunities.

From Kyoto to Geneva, via Paris, Rome or Majorca, Chabé’s teams orchestrated more than twenty major events worldwide between April and July 2025. An intense period, marked by the diversity of formats and the high standards required, mobilising all our offices to deliver high-end mobility solutions.

The season opened in Japan, in Kyoto, with the complete management of transportation for a world-renowned fashion show.
Up to 285 vehicles were mobilised, enabling the completion of 1,680 missions, with the support of 45 coordinators and back-office staff.

A few weeks later, on the shores of Lake Como, Chabé Italy managed a large-scale operation involving transfers, dedicated vehicles, buses, sprinters and boats. 600 security agents and 50 coordinators were mobilised to ensure smooth operations.

Rome, Majorca and Dubai also hosted prestigious operations led by Chabé, particularly in the High Jewellery and fashion sectors.

In Rome, two major events marked the season: a cruise fashion show in the spring with more than 250 vehicles deployed, followed by a summer operation in July for a House of Couture, mobilising nearly 200 vehicles to welcome guests, journalists and teams over several days.

In Majorca, Chabé Spain handled over 2,800 dedicated vehicle missions as part of a multi-week international event, with 150 vehicles. A logistical challenge that also reflects the rapid growth of our local office.

In Dubai, Chabé orchestrated the transport logistics for a fashion show by a major luxury House, with over 1,000 missions completed for 600 international guests, and nearly 190 vehicles mobilised over one week.

In Turin, our Italian teams played a key role in organising an international sporting event for athletes with disabilities. More than 200 chauffeurs were recruited and trained, over 100 vehicles mobilised, and 11 days of logistics coordination ensured a seamless and inclusive experience.

Our presence also extended to Amsterdam, where Chabé Toulouse ensured the mobility of an official Cambodian delegation after a first week of travel coordinated between Toulouse, Carcassonne and Mont Aigoual.

 

A rise in the scale of event operations

At the same time, our European offices coordinated large-scale projects:

Our ability to simultaneously mobilise several hundred chauffeurs and vehicles in multiple countries was fully put to the test — and successfully demonstrated.

 

Institutional, fashion and trade show events

In Nice, Chabé managed the secure mobility of international delegations for an intergovernmental conference on oceans, UNOC3.

In Paris, our teams were involved in the world’s largest international air show, gathering decision-makers, manufacturers and media. Over 1,000 missions were carried out for a dozen major players in the sector, with a substantial on-site and back-office deployment involving more than 200 chauffeurs.

The capital also hosted two highlights of the international fashion scene.
During the Men’s Fashion Week, Chabé managed over 300 missions for a prestigious House on the first day, and then coordinated the transfers of 150 guests within the Invalides site with a team of 80 chauffeurs.
A few days later, during the Haute Couture Fashion Week, our teams supported another renowned House from July 3 to 10, with a peak of 160 vehicles on the day of the show and a total of 343 dedicated vehicle services, covering the entire programme: welcome dinner, show and closing gala.

A season that continues

From Geneva to Paris, our teams continue to be involved in July’s major events before a short summer break and a busy restart in September, with new challenges ahead for our offices.

In early July, Chabé Spain was entrusted with the coordination of two large-scale operations on the islands of Mallorca and Ibiza, on behalf of two iconic high-end cosmetic Houses.

From July 7 to 9 in Palma de Mallorca, and from July 9 to 12 in Ibiza, our teams ensured smooth, bespoke logistics with a total of 50 vehicles mobilised for seamless transfers and evening availabilities.

The operation was supported by Chabé Toulouse, which joined forces to help coordinate the on-site service. This collaboration between agencies once again demonstrated our ability to deliver a consistent level of excellence, wherever we operate.

Chabé Italy supports a House of Couture during a prestigious international event

From July 12 to 16, 2025, Chabé Italy was entrusted with the mobility coordination for an iconic event organised by a prestigious House of Couture, right in the heart of Rome.

For five days, our teams managed all logistics, ensuring seamless mobility and flawless coordination through a fleet of nearly 200 Mercedes V-Class vehicles. A meticulously planned operation, designed to reflect our clients’ high expectations and the quality of our bespoke services.

For this special occasion, Chabé had the honour of supporting the event with two exceptional vehicles: a brand-new Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a classic 1930s Citroën C6, a subtle tribute to the venue’s heritage.

A global day to raise awareness about plastic pollution

Created to raise awareness of plastic pollution, the International Plastic Bag Free Day takes place every year on July 3. This date aims to promote sustainable alternatives to single-use bags, which account for a significant portion of unrecycled waste worldwide.

Beyond its symbolic value, this day is a reminder of the urgency of adopting simple everyday habits to reduce our environmental impact. Reusing, sorting, saying no to disposable items—these reflexes can help transform our consumption habits in the long term.

 

An internal initiative driven by our teams

At Chabé, this day was the perfect opportunity to launch a concrete and collective action. The idea? Give a second life to unused tote bags—often forgotten at the back of a closet—by making them available in common areas.

In Nanterre, a collection box was set up to invite every team member to participate. Within a few days, several dozen bags were gathered, ready to be reused for lunch breaks, shopping or everyday errands, without the need for single-use plastic or paper bags.

This initiative is part of a broader Group effort: to reduce our environmental footprint through simple, shared and replicable actions.

From May 25 to June 8, 2025, Chabé once again demonstrated its event expertise by supporting one of the most iconic racket sport competitions in the world. A large-scale logistical challenge, precisely orchestrated by the Group’s teams.

 

Exceptional mobilisation

For several weeks, Chabé’s teams coordinated the transportation of all stakeholders involved: players, technical crews, referees, officials, guests and partners.
In total, 192 vehicles were mobilised, and 400 trained chauffeurs were deployed across the entire operation.

Thanks to meticulous preparation and real-time operational monitoring, Chabé ensured flawless fluidity at all times, in a particularly demanding context.

From pick-up to drop-off, every journey was planned down to the last detail.
A dedicated coordination unit made up of 18 on-site experts was deployed to guarantee team responsiveness and continuous adaptation to the tournament’s requirements.

In total, 26 consecutive days of on-site presence were required to cover the entire event, operating 7 days a week with extended hours.

Each year, the Cannes Film Festival turns the Croisette into a global stage for cinema, glamour—and luxury mobility. For the 2025 edition, Chabé Cannes once again showcased its expertise in delivering bespoke transportation services for major international brands.

Large-scale operations for the Cannes Film Festival

From 13 to 24 May, Chabé Cannes coordinated transportation for several sponsors and official partners of the event. Thanks to seamless logistics and precise coordination, nearly 800 journeys were completed over the course of the Festival.

Among this year’s clients were a leading international airline and two major brands from the food and beverage industry, all playing a prominent role in the official Festival programme.

For this prestigious airline, Chabé deployed 10 professional chauffeurs to provide premium mobility services throughout the Festival. In total, 265 journeys were carried out, including 12 official processions to the iconic Red Carpet aboard Porsche Cayenne vehicles—symbols of luxury and performance.

Chabé also managed a high-volume operation for two global food and beverage brands. At peak times, up to 19 chauffeurs were on duty simultaneously. It should also be noted that the entire fleet complies with the latest environmental standards (EURO 6) and is equipped with Start&Go technology.

At Chabé, the role of the chauffeur goes far beyond driving. All our salaried chauffeurs are trained in eco-driving, a method that helps both to reduce CO₂ emissions, to ensure a smoother and safer drive, and to limit fatigue behind the wheel.

Mélanie began her career with a vocational diploma in accounting before switching to business through a work-study programme. After validating her high school qualification, she gained her first professional experience as a sales assistant, particularly in the automotive sector.

Based in the South of France, she then spent seven years working in a family-run business, before feeling the need to give her career new momentum.

 

The Chabé adventure begins in Megève

At the end of 2017, Mélanie joined Chabé Megève during the agency’s opening. There, she discovered a world she had yet to explore: that of luxury chauffeur services. In this role, she focused on booking entry and immersed herself in the Group’s operational environment.

 

A return to Cannes and increased responsibilities

Building on this first experience, she continued her path within the Group. In 2018, she returned to the South as Executive Assistant and joined the Cannes office. By 2019, Mélanie was also supervising the accounting department, managing a major part of the event-related activity – especially during the renowned Cannes Film Festival.

This evolution allowed her to deepen her accounting expertise and apply it in a demanding context.

It marked a significant shift in her role, with greater responsibilities, increased precision, and growing proximity to client-related challenges.

 

Turning to international growth: the Dubai adventure

In December 2022, Mélanie had the opportunity to bring her skills to Dubai and support Chabé’s expansion in the Middle East. The challenge was significant: to integrate a newly acquired company, TLT Limo, with a different culture and working practices. Mélanie rose to the challenge with professionalism, supervising both client and supplier accounting, while supporting local teams in their integration into the Group.

“Everything had to be built from scratch. I had to learn new laws, adapt to a different culture, and above all, help Chabé become a benchmark in the region. We’re getting there, step by step – and I’m very proud of it.”

What motivates Mélanie each day? The diversity of her tasks, the opportunity to support different teams, the love of a challenge… but above all, accounting – her area of expertise.

“I couldn’t imagine doing anything else,” she says.

In Dubai, she juggles supervision, client relations and operational support with undiminished motivation: to actively contribute to the agency’s development and strengthen Chabé’s presence in the UAE.

This path, marked by new cities and fresh challenges, has allowed Mélanie to truly come into her own. “I’ve learned that I’m capable. I sometimes had doubts, but today, I’m proud to be an accountant in Dubai.”

What inspired you to work in the transport sector, and how have you seen it evolve over the years?

What drew me to the world of transportation is its tangible impact on people’s lives. Early on in my career, I realised that mobility is about more than just getting from point A to point B: it shapes our cities, drives economic growth, and connects communities. That real, meaningful value immediately made me want to be part of it.

Since then, the industry has undergone a remarkable transformation, driven by new technologies, environmental priorities, and evolving customer expectations. From digital platforms to fleet electrification and smart traffic management, these innovations have truly reshaped the sector.

Yet despite these changes, people remain at the heart of the service, especially in the luxury segment. Now more than ever, clients seek bespoke experiences, designed with meticulous attention to detail. That human, demanding, and nuanced dimension is what has always inspired me, and what I believe will continue to set us apart in the future.

It’s also very much a team effort. By working closely with our operations teams and chauffeurs, I will make sure our commercial promises are delivered seamlessly on the ground.

The beginning: an immersion in event sector

Giacomo Di DomenicantonioAfter graduating from a scientific high school, Giacomo started working at a young age. Bricklayer, waiter, warehouse manager, event hall manager… he gained diverse professional experiences, developing a strong taste for teamwork and organization.

Through a recommendation, he discovered Palazzi Agency, where he was hired as a coordinator for events. From his first day, he was captivated: « The office, the employees, the constantly ringing phones… I remember immediately thinking that I would love working here. I still remember my first event: it was a film premiere, and I was thrilled to work alongside movie stars. I loved this job because it was dynamic, elegant, and gave me the feeling of being part of a team contributing to the success of an event. »

 

A rapid rise through determination

As a coordinator, Giacomo fully committed himself to learning. « As we say in Italy, I stole with my eyes” (I learned by observing).

He was soon offered a new position as an event chauffeur, a role he accepted enthusiastically. This experience allowed him to interact with experienced chauffeurs and refine his service management skills.

A turning point came when he was asked to take on a special assignment: serving as the personal chauffeur for Francesco Palazzi, President of Palazzi Agency, for ten days. « During that time, I spent many hours with him, and perhaps he noticed something in me, because at the end of those days, he offered me a role in the Real-Time Operations team. »

 

Taking on more responsibilities: from Dispatcher to Head of Dispatch

Giacomo quickly became a key asset for the operations team. His strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle unforeseen challenges allowed him to build excellent relationships with chauffeurs, clients, and partners.

In 2021, he took another step forward by becoming Head of Dispatch.
« It was a great opportunity for me, and I was excited to take on this challenge. I wanted to be a guide for my team, and it came naturally to me since I have always had this mindset. I constantly strived to motivate them to work in a calm and efficient way, managing stress and problems positively. »

To further develop his skills, Giacomo decided to take a course on emotional intelligence, with the goal of refining his management and communication abilities to better support his team.

 

Memorable events and overcoming challenges

Among the many events he has managed, one stands out in his memory: the 10th anniversary of a prestigious hotel in Dubai. A large-scale project requiring precise coordination every single day.

Adapting to different work methods was a real challenge. Each country has its own organizational standards and practices, and one of the major tasks was aligning these approaches with the event’s high expectations. One anecdote highlights this complexity: each evening, the chauffeur list was provided in handwritten form, with many similar names. This unusual situation demanded quick thinking and rigorous organization, turning this logistical challenge into a highly demanding yet enriching experience.

Moreover, most of the vehicles requested and used to meet the client’s environmental commitments were electric models. While this decision aligned perfectly with sustainability goals, it introduced an additional logistical challenge: part of the project involved travel in the desert — an environment unsuitable for electric vehicles. To address this situation and ensure uninterrupted service, part of the fleet was replaced with models adapted to desert conditions, requiring greater coordination and effort among the teams.

These types of challenges, though complex, are precisely what fuel Giacomo’s energy and motivation every day. Beyond logistics, what he enjoys most is the unpredictability, the fast-paced nature of the field, and the teamwork that allows them to overcome every obstacle.

Why is he so passionate about his job? « The adrenaline, without a doubt. Finding an extra car at the last minute, solving an urgent problem, being exhausted but never giving up… these are the best parts of the job. But what I love most is the relationship with my colleagues. »

 

A new challenge: Affiliate Manager

In November 2024, Giacomo was offered a new challenge: becoming Affiliate Manager. In this strategic role, he is responsible for managing and expanding the network of partners at Palazzi Agency by Chabé. Christophe, you have an extensive background in digital and marketing. Can you tell us a bit more about your background?

I’ve always worked in the digital and marketing worlds, with a strong appetite for transformation and innovation. My career path has led me to manage structuring projects in various economic sectors and markets, with one common thread: rethinking the client experience and optimising the performance of organisations through digital technology.

Before joining Chabé, I managed large-scale digital and CRM strategies, working on projects related to optimising client journeys, improving platforms and managing data. I’ve also worked in demanding environments where digitalization has played a key role in improving services and client satisfaction, whether in BtoC, BtoB or BtoBtoC.

All these experiences have prepared me to take up the challenge at Chabé: modernising our tools, strengthening our visibility and adding value for our clients and partners.

 

What motivated you to join Chabé in 2024?

Joining the Chabé Group is above all a great opportunity to contribute to the development of an emblematic player in luxury transport.

As Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, what are your priorities for transforming Chabé’s digital strategy and how are you mobilising your team to support this transformation?

My priority is to accelerate the digitalisation of the client experience and optimise our internal tools. This means improving our booking and tracking platforms, making better use of data to anticipate customer expectations and modernising our IT and CRM tools to increase our operational efficiency.

But this transformation is not just about technology, it is above all about people. We have put together a team combining digital, marketing and IT expertise, with a management approach based on agility, collective intelligence and continuous experimentation.

I want to make it a point of honour to aim for technological excellence, while ensuring that our tools remain in line with our positioning.

 

The luxury transport sector is changing fast, particularly with the impact of new technologies. How is the Chabé Group adapting to current digital trends?

We adapt by integrating innovative technologies that improve both the client experience and our operational efficiency. We have developed an optimised digital platform that facilitates booking management and real-time monitoring. Finally, IT also plays a key role in bespoke environmental performance measurement and analysis. We have put in place precise indicators to monitor our ecological impact, better assess our carbon footprint and improve the energy efficiency of our fleet.

It starts with studying the specifications and understanding the expectations and challenges of each event, in order to advise the client and offer a bespoke solution.

The Chabé teams then take part in numerous meetings, such as site scouting, kick-off meetings with the client and the various parties involved, training sessions and briefings for our teams, etc.

Our lounge offers a full range of bespoke services to ensure a luxury travel experience for our clients. Upon arrival, we offer an “end of platform” service, where our agents wait for our clients and then accompany them from their train to the lounge. Conversely, for departures, our clients can enjoy the lounge while waiting for their train, before being accompanied to the station by one of our agents.

Once at the Chabé lounge, our clients can enjoy a quiet space to work or simply relax while waiting for their connecting train. We also offer luggage assistance services, with the option of using a cart to transport suitcases, as well as services for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM).

In short, we take care of everything. The lounge is often used as a waiting room for Eurostar passengers, offering all the amenities they need to start or finish their journey.

 

Can you tell us the vision behind the creation of this new Chabé lounge?

The Group has designed this lounge to meet a strategic need, placing the comfort of our clients at the heart of our approach. Accustomed to luxury service, our passengers deserve a smooth, pleasant travel experience. It was therefore unthinkable for them to have a complicated or stressful experience in the station.

We couldn’t remain passive in the face of this situation. So the Group took the initiative to change things.

The Chabé lounge was designed to improve the way we welcome our clients, while optimizing working conditions for our chauffeurs. By providing a dedicated space, we have not only made it easier to welcome clients, but also reduced parking problems around the station, enabling our chauffeurs to work in better conditions. This guarantees a smooth and serene service, contributing to a high-quality client experience.

 

Can you give us more details about the facilities available in the lounge, such as luggage storage and checkroom?

Our lounge is designed to offer maximum convenience to our clients, whatever the length of their stay. We’ve created a space where everyone can relax or work.

For everyone’s comfort, the lounge is equipped with a TV with news channels, WIFI, a meeting room that can be privatized for business meetings, a selection of hot and cold drinks, and changing rooms where our clients can change.

To achieve this, we personalize the welcome, even down to the detail of the umbrella, for example, bearing the colors of each hotel. Do you have any anecdotes or feedback from clients illustrating the positive impact of the lounge on their travel experience?

We regularly receive feedback from our clients who use the lounge, delighted by the quality and efficiency of our services.
One striking anecdote is that of a Director of a Parisian Palace, who needed to change before catching his train. Our lounge enabled him to get ready in complete tranquillity, just before his departure, perfectly illustrating the usefulness of our space.

During this summer’s major sporting event, we had the opportunity to welcome numerous athletes and teams, including the Chinese delegation, the Argentine basketball team, and the Los Angeles Organizing Committee.

Finally, we also had the opportunity to “save” a VIC’s trip: his cat, who didn’t have a passport, couldn’t accompany him. We therefore kept the animal in our lounge until the client could return the next day to collect it, an anecdote that clearly demonstrates our commitment to offering a bespoke service.

We’re delighted to see that, despite its recent opening (only five months ago), the Chabé lounge has quickly proved its efficiency and ability to meet clients’ expectations.

This success is the result of 6 months of intensive preparation. Nearly 2,000 interviews were conducted by a dedicated team of 7 people to select and train chauffeurs capable of meeting the specific needs of this event. Over a period of several days, the 550 chauffeurs recruited benefited from bespoke training provided by our teams, to guarantee an impeccable quality of service.

At the same time, the events team scouted out the various locations to define the best routes between passenger departures and arrivals. Launch meetings were also organised with the various stakeholders.
To meet our clients’ requirements, a team of experts ensured 24/7 availability to deal with requests and unforeseen events in real time, with an optimised response time of 90 minutes.

In this exceptional context, Chabé mobilised considerable resources to ensure the transport of thousands of people across France, in 9 cities (Bordeaux, Châteauroux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Saint-Étienne), including Paris.


In total, over a period of more than 60 days, more than 9,300 services with private chauffeurs were provided,
thanks to a fleet of 900 vehicles, including a record day on which more than 350 chauffeurs were available.

These services were made possible by the mobilisation of 550 professional chauffeurs, supported by a team of over 300 employees from various departments. The scale of this project illustrates Chabé’s ability to orchestrate bespoke transport solutions that meet the most exacting requirements, while pursuing our day-to-day commitments with the same rigour.

A social and environmental commitment

In addition to its operational expertise, Chabé reaffirmed its commitment to social and environmental responsibility. The Group stood out for its strong commitment to inclusion, in particular by recruiting people who are far from employment.
Around 20% of the drivers mobilised for this event were people in rehabilitation, a choice that reflects the company’s values in terms of diversity and inclusion.
Chabé’s commitment to people with reduced mobility was also demonstrated by the adaptation of its fleet. Of the 900 vehicles mobilised for the event, a number were specially designed to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility, ensuring maximum accessibility.

On 4 and 5 October 2024, the town of Villers-Cotterêts and the Grand Palais hosted a historic event: the Francophonie Summit, organised in France for the first time in 33 years. This major international event brought together heads of state and government and influential figures from the French-speaking world to celebrate the richness of the French language and culture.
