I’ve always worked in the digital and marketing worlds, with a strong appetite for transformation and innovation. My career path has led me to manage structuring projects in various economic sectors and markets, with one common thread: rethinking the client experience and optimising the performance of organisations through digital technology.
Before joining Chabé, I managed large-scale digital and CRM strategies, working on projects related to optimising client journeys, improving platforms and managing data. My priority is to accelerate the digitalisation of the client experience and optimise our internal tools. This means improving our booking and tracking platforms, making better use of data to anticipate customer expectations and modernising our IT and CRM tools to increase our operational efficiency.
But this transformation is not just about technology, it is above all about people. We have put together a team combining digital, marketing and IT expertise, with a management approach based on agility, collective intelligence and continuous experimentation.

In London, we provided transport for over 80 luxury vehicles for a luxury brand event at the Old Royal Naval College in London.
Edinburgh was the scene of a parade cruise to the majestic Drummond Castle. This operation required the coordination of 270 chauffeurs and top-of-the-range vehicles, with a team of 27 employees and over 30 local coordinators to manage the movements of clients, influencers, celebrities and top management of a major Luxury House.
In New York, we handled an exclusive event for a major luxury brand. We selected and briefed over 300 chauffeurs, and provided a uniform fleet of luxury vehicles to transport journalists, VIPs, celebrities and important clients.
Barcelona’s Parc Güell played host to an exceptional fashion show, for which we mobilized 250 vehicles. The complexity of the event required meticulous organization, in collaboration with Barcelona City Council, local authorities and our partners.
In Megève, we handled more than 250 transfers for a luxury jewelry showroom. Our 75 vehicles were at the disposal of clients and VIPs in an idyllic setting.
Two major events for luxury houses were held during the Monaco Grand Prix. With 50 professional chauffeurs, 50 prestige vehicles, over 100 transfers, as well as 4 skippers and 4 boats, our service was essential to ensure a smooth and elegant VIP experience.
We are particularly proud of our assignments in Thailand, a rare destination for international events. In Phuket, our two local coordinators ensured the success of a private event, providing high-quality, personalized service in this exotic setting.
In Italy, for the 81st Venice Film Festival, Chabé was a key partner. Our teams provided 175 VIP services and meet & greets to welcome guests as soon as they arrived at the airport. In the United Arab Emirates, we made our presence felt at a private event for a prestigious luxury house in Dubai. This bespoke service involved a fleet of 30 vehicles and 210 transfers to accompany 115 top VIPs and media personalities in a sophisticated setting.
Finally, our teams handled a private event in Miami for a luxury house. Nearly 50 chauffeurs and vehicles were mobilised for the occasion, with 75 transfers carried out to guarantee the comfort and discretion expected by our VIP clients.

Upon arrival, we offer an “end of platform” service, where our agents wait for our clients and then accompany them from their train to the lounge. Conversely, for departures, our clients can enjoy the lounge while waiting for their train, before being accompanied to the station by one of our agents.
Once at the Chabé lounge, our clients can enjoy a quiet space to work or simply relax while waiting for their connecting train. We also offer luggage assistance services, with the option of using a cart to transport suitcases, as well as services for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM).
In short, we take care of everything. The lounge is often used as a waiting room for Eurostar passengers, offering all the amenities they need to start or finish their journey.

Finally, we also had the opportunity to “save” a VIC’s trip: his cat, who didn’t have a passport, couldn’t accompany him. The summer of 2024 will be remembered not only as a moment of global sporting celebration, but also as an extraordinary logistical challenge. This historic event, which captured the world’s attention, also represented a major milestone for Chabé. As a key service provider, the Group played an essential role in transporting thousands of people with remarkable precision and efficiency.
This success is the result of 6 months of intensive preparation. Nearly 2,000 interviews were conducted by a dedicated team of 7 people to select and train chauffeurs capable of meeting the specific needs of this event. Over a period of several days, the 550 chauffeurs recruited benefited from bespoke training provided by our teams, to guarantee an impeccable quality of service.
At the same time, the events team scouted out the various locations to define the best routes between passenger departures and arrivals. Launch meetings were also organised with the various stakeholders.
To meet our clients’ requirements, a team of experts ensured 24/7 availability to deal with requests and unforeseen events in real time, with an optimised response time of 90 minutes.
In this exceptional context, Chabé mobilised considerable resources to ensure the transport of thousands of people across France, in 9 cities (Bordeaux, Châteauroux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Saint-Étienne), including Paris.
These services were made possible by the mobilisation of 550 professional chauffeurs, supported by a team of over 300 employees from various departments. Thanks to eco-driving training, every chauffeur trained significantly reduces CO2 emissions. On average, this represents a reduction of 236 kg of CO2 per person trained each year. This reduction contributes directly to our overall objective of reducing our carbon footprint.

In the heart of the Château de Vincennes, on Sunday October 6, 2024, Chabé employees gathered to take part in the Odysséa run, a solidarity sports event supporting the fight against breast cancer.
Combining physical effort and charitable action, the 5 and 10 kilometer courses were an opportunity to highlight team spirit and solidarity.
Odysséa is a charity race created in 2002, which organizes sporting events throughout France every year.
The aim? To raise funds for the fight against breast cancer.
Since its inception, Odysséa has raised several million euros, which are donated to research institutes to fund programs to combat this disease.
Every year in Paris, the Odysséa race brings together thousands of participants, dressed in pink, to run or walk in support of women with breast cancer.
Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer among women, and it seemed essential to us to support this cause.
As in 2023, taking part in the Odysséa 2024 run is a concrete way of taking action, while cultivating team spirit within Chabé.

Continuing our commitment to low-carbon mobility, we are pleased to announce the addition of the Bentley Bentayga hybrid to our fleet.
This exceptional vehicle embodies the marriage of ecological performance and luxury, and is equipped with a 462 hp V6 hybrid engine. This engine offers exceptional power, surpassing the 340 hp of a conventional combustion engine, while considerably reducing CO2 emissions.
The Bentayga Hybrid represents our commitment to offering a premium mobility experience that respects environmental standards.
This transition to a greener fleet has not gone unnoticed. Chabé was recently awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, a distinction that underlines our excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility. From an early age, Eliane Lo Jacomo was involved in the management of the company and took over the reins in 1959, on the death of her father, Maurice Chabé. Alexandre Queraud, a man of many hats, has forged his professional path with passion and determination. His career path, which began in accounting, led him to explore various opportunities before finding his place at Chabé, where he now excels as Fleet manager with coordination and chauffeur duties.
Alexandre Queraud began his career as an accountant, but his passion for vehicles soon led him to other horizons. After obtaining his BTS in commerce, he joined a company specializing in sports and prestige vehicles as a salesman, and quickly progressed to Sales Manager.
In 2013, Alexandre crossed paths with Chabé in Toulouse, as a chauffeur.
Over the years, and thanks to his previous experience, he has become a key element in the development of the office. Primarily dedicated to event coordination, his contribution extends to the dispatch department, where he is responsible for fleet management and maintenance.
Chauffeur training is also a significant part of his duties, where he shares his expertise and provides sound advice to future Chabé professional chauffeurs.
Working in Toulouse, the cradle of aeronautics, has influenced Alexandre’s career path, for whom this field is more than just an industry: it’s a family affair. He adds: « When I started working, the VTC profession didn’t yet exist. I’ve seen the chauffeur profession evolve over the years, sometimes with a drop in the level of service… However, thanks to companies like Chabé, the high standards and prestige of the profession have remained true to its origins as a Chauffeur de Grande Remise. It’s this distinction that means I still enjoy working for the Group.

What led you to join Chabé after working as a taxi driver in Dubai for several years?
I used to work for TLT Limo, which was recently taken over by the Chabé Group. This transition strengthened my conviction to stay with a company that values quality of service and customer satisfaction.
In your experience as a chauffeur, what are the distinctive features of Chabé’s services?

As a chauffeur at Chabé, how do you perceive well-being at work and how does this influence the quality of the service you provide?

Aurélien Neger, a Bordeaux-based employee of Chabé since 2012, embodies the spirit of boldness and versatility at Chabé. With a bachelor’s degree in literature in his pocket, followed by a degree in geography and a master’s in town planning, punctuated by a trip across Europe and Africa, Aurélien followed a singular path before finding his way at Chabé.
By chance, Aurélien discovered the world of luxury transport and became a private chauffeur. His passion for the history of Bordeaux wine and his command of English were invaluable assets in presenting the countryside to his passengers. After a short spell with another transport company, his path crossed that of Chabé in 2012.
For more than 7 years, he alternated between his role as a chauffeur with Chabé, and positions in prestigious establishments such as Palaces and 4-star hotels, from Courchevel to Bordeaux, via Val Morel. This multitude of professional hats reveals his ability to embrace a diversity of professions and allows him to develop his client relationships.
In May 2023, Grégoire Vaillant, Director of Chabé Bordeaux, offered Aurélien an unprecedented opportunity: to stay in the transport business and help him develop the agency. Aurélien accepted, seeing it as a chance to prove his expertise.

London-based chauffeur John Davies, who drives for Chabé, has won the Bronze Award in the Professional Driver of the Year category of the prestigious Professional Driver QSi Awards.
Professional Driver Editor Mark Bursa said: “It says a lot for John Davies that when Chabé was starting operations, he was the first driver to be recruited. He’s become something of a ‘team captain’, for the company, with an air of calm professionalism and trustworthiness that is vital when dealing with senior executives of large corporations. Earlier this year he was diagnosed with cancer, but has now been given the all-clear and is back at work.”
Professional Driver magazine’s QSi Awards ceremony was a night to remember for the cream of Britain’s chauffeur and private hire operators. Chabé, a family business since 1921 and an expert in the bespoke mobility sector, has established itself as a long-standing service provider to luxury hotels. With a view to perpetuating its long-standing relationship with these actors, the Group is proud to welcome Aurélie Vaux as Hotels Manager.
With 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Aurélie is actively involved in developing customer relations. In this interview, the Group takes a look back at her career path, her motivations and the vision that unites Chabé and its hotels.
Can you tell us about your previous experience in the hotel industry?
The sales field in which I’ve worked since I started out has given me two areas of expertise: multi-segment sales development and project management.
In my career, I’ve held the positions of Sales Director for a hotel (NH, Concorde) then for a multi-property (B Signature) and group-wide (Millésime). My last role involved representing the brand internationally and defining its positioning through strategic actions with our partners.
Finally, team management, now indirect, has always played a major role in my career.
What attracted you to Chabé and why did you join the Group?
I love the richness of a family business that has stood the test of time. There’s a real history behind the name. It was a constant quest for excellence and an unrivalled knowledge of luxury transport that made me want to join Chabé.
Discovering a sector that is satellite to the hotel industry, with the same high standards of quality and acting as a white label for hotels, is a way for me to keep one foot in the exciting world of hospitality.
Today I’m wearing a different suit, but the fundamentals of the business remain the same. My commercial and operational skills have been transferred to an exceptional clientele whose codes I know well. Returning to a hotel network that I’m particularly fond of is also an advantage in terms of customer relations.
You have acquired a great deal of experience in the hotel industry. Have you already identified the challenges you expect to face at Chabé?
Mastering each contract and its specific features is essential in order to deliver a bespoke service to the hotel. On this key point, the parameter that changes the game for me is the time factor, because the immediacy of assignments is even more pronounced in the luxury transport environment. Added to this are the challenges posed by external traffic factors and unforeseen events, which we have to deal with constantly in order to anticipate on a daily basis.
One of the hallmarks of our relationship of trust is the longevity of our partners. Some of them have been with us for over 60 years. This longevity is just as significant as it is with our employees. On a less official note, I have a few friends who worked for Chabé 20 years ago and who are still raving about their professional experience. It is the employees of the past and present who remain the company’s best ambassadors.
What is your vision for the development of the long-term relationship between Chabé and the hotels?
Like a beehive, there are many of us working together to ensure the success of our commitments. Our understanding of the challenges faced by each establishment we serve, its organisation, its clientele and its strategy, inspires us to think continuously and inexhaustibly about how we can improve our services. We operate in a microcosm where we have to keep abreast of the latest developments, concepts and openings. Some of our projects abroad may be driven by our customers’ desire to support them on an international level.
