CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19): PREVENTIVE HYGIENE MEASURES

The well-being and safety of our passengers is Chabé’s priority. As a major player in bespoke mobility, it is our duty to take all necessary precautions to protect our passengers and chauffeur from the Covid-19.
Therefore, since the outbreak of the virus, we have implemented a certain number of hygiene measures in order to limit the risks of contamination on board of our vehicles, and in particular :

  • The capacity of the vehicle in accordance with health recommendations
  • The removal of newspaper by digital newspaper
  • The cleaning of the vehicle between each run (seat, door handles, armrests) with antiseptic wipes
  • Spraying the habitable morning and night with a bactericide spray
  • Ventilation of the vehicle between each ride
  • The provision of masks and hydroalcoholic gel for all passengers and chauffeurs (mandatory for chauffeurs)
  • The removal of any equipment from the rear of the vehicle (water bottle on request)

As the ban on travelling next to the chauffeur was lifted in July, we are progressively removing the Plexiglas partitions to facilitate communication between the front and rear of the vehicle without compromising safety on board. Indeed, all the cleaning protocol remains unchanged, our chauffeurs have a health pass and wear a surgical mask throughout the journey. All passengers are also required to wear a surgical mask on board the vehicle.

During this particularly difficult situation, do not hesitate to contact us should you need chauffeured transportation. Rest assured that we do everything possible to guarantee our passengers the highest level of safety on board.

Furthermore, in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities and the government, Chabé invites its customers and employees to respect the hygiene instructions to be practiced at the workplace(s) and at home. These are simple gestures to preserve your health and that of your family and friends:

  • Wash your hands very regularly
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue
  • Use single-use tissues and throw them
  • Greet without shaking hands, avoid hugging
  • Avoid gatherings, limit movement and contact
